How quickly do you reply?
We do our best to reply as soon as we can, usually during business hours. If you’re enquiring about a newborn or maternity session, it helps to include your due date so we can guide you more quickly.
Can I ask questions before booking?
Absolutely. Many families get in touch first to ask about timing, session types, pricing or which experience would suit them best.
What if I’m not sure which session I need?
That’s completely fine. Just send us a message with a few details and we’ll help point you toward the session that fits your family best.
